SP Angel was established in January 2006 by five highly experienced partners who had worked together for many years at HSBC Investment Bank. They have also held positions at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Seymour Pierce. On 29 October 2012, the highly regarded Nomad, Equity sales and research teams from Fairfax joined the team.  Our team has been responsible for executing many large, complex and ground-breaking transactions in the UK and internationally.

We are active across a range of sectors and countries and have completed successfully fund raisings, including IPOs and AIM listings, and executed public and private M&A transactions. Our research team provides in-depth analysis on our corporate clients and the wider sectors in which they operate. We are based in London but operate throughout the world.
