SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP ("SP Angel") was established in January 2006 by five highly experienced partners who had worked together for many years at HSBC Investment Bank. There, they were responsible for executing many large, complex and ground breaking equity and corporate finance transactions in the UK and internationally. Today the majority of the SP Angel team comprises people who had worked together at HSBC.

The partners have also held senior positions at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Seymour Pierce and Cazenove.

SP Angel provides a full range of equity capital markets, corporate finance advisory services and debt advisory services.

It covers a range of sectors, with a particular focus on real estate, natural resources, environmental technology and agriculture.
